Graphs of the trigonometric functions

Plotting the value of $\sin,\cos,\tan$ on a Cartesian plane as the angle varies gives the graphs of the trigonometric functions: the sine and cosine sinusoids, which oscillate between $-1$ and $+1$ with period $2\pi$, and the tangent, periodic with period $\pi$ and with infinitely many vertical asymptotes.
