Fractional inequalities with radicals — sign study

The richest case is the one in which the inequality involves a ratio of expressions with radicals, of the type $\frac{N(x)}{D(x)}\le 0$. The strategy is the same as for the fractional inequalities studied in the second year: overall existence conditions, separate study of the signs, sign table, final intersection.
